90 Endicott St. THIS IS WHAT VISITORS AND RESIDENTS – little kids walking with their parents! – have been exposed to – FOR A WEEK:
We’ve called the City of Worcester four times! Everyone has been polite and well meaning at City Hall, BUT NOTHING IS GETTING DONE! The garbage still sits there! It runs the length of TWO THREE DECKERS. Strewn all over the sidewalk…in the gutter!
Fine$$$ the new slumlord/absentee landlord! Pronto!
Begin MORE FREQUENT CITY CLEAN UP OF DISTRICT 4 – OUR CORE NEIGHBORHOODS AND INNER-CITY! Now! No more blathering on and on about the problem during City Council meeting. If all our city councilors – OR THEIR MOTHERS or Nona’s and Bapy’s – lived in D 4 WE WOULDN’T BE TALKING TRASH. The streets here would be pristine!!
SO MANY POOR PEOPLE here! SO MANY PEOPLE CRAMMED INTO SO MANY SUBSTANDARD APARTMENTS! So many homeless folks, immigrants, refugees, hospitals, small businesses, social services … DISTRICT 4 IS DIFFERENT FROM THE REST OF THE CITY!
District 4 is terrific!
We love living in the middle of the mad mad rush!
The American Dream made visible here! Every day! Exciting!!
You need to think harder in D 4, or any urban core … be more tolerant – open! You’ll be surprised by all
the surprises 🎁🎁 – both pleasant and dangerous!
And …you need to DEAL WITH ALL THE GARBAGE, DUMPED SHIT! Daily!
MAYOR PETTY, screw the West Side whiners and their scraps of paper fluttering out of their rich people’s recycling bins! WE NEED A COMPREHENSIVE TRASH PLAN FOR District 4!
We need D 4 to be KEPT CLEAN! AT ALL TIMES! At a cost! True! So true$$…
Garbage pickup – TWICE WEEKLY! Maybe 3 x.
A CITY DPW CREW PICKING UP CRAP AND STREET SWEEPING … DAILY!
Or at the very least: thrice weekly.
Mailings! In Spanish, Vietnamese and the scores of other languages spoken in D 4. People come here from countries that may not have recycling programs!!
The garbage problem in the Canal District, Green Island, Piedmont, South Worcester, Main South, Canterbury Street area – DISTRICT 4 – is UNTENABLE! A garbage game plan is needed! Right this very second!

P.S. We also have a RAT PROBLEM. I saw one bigger than my cat. I will call the mayor’s office about that today and tell Dan and Mary all about it😉.
