Peace and Blessings Worcester People! Hoping you and yours are in the best of health – mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. Lots of stuff has been happening in our universe. Not all of it pleasant. Too much pain and suffering. One way to keep the negativity at bay is to count your Blessings or what you are Grateful for.

As Rosalie and InCity go through a transition and “Cecilia” is born, I am honored to share what I am grateful for:
I am grateful that Rosalie has given me a vessel through which I can share the words that come into my head with you. I am grateful that she trusts me to speak my truth. Words hold power and being able to share my thoughts with my community is amazing. Thank you for your continued words of support and acknowledgement when we see each other in our travels!!!

I am grateful that I have both of my children home with me for the summer. You all know that they are my everything. I am so honored and humbled to watch Sha-Asia and Born as they venture on into their very own lives. Adding new people to our village for me to love and learn and grow with. Each on a very distinct journey that belongs to only them, but, yet, still connected.

I am grateful to have an income to pay for the necessities of life … shelter, food, clothing, electric, gas, phone, cable. All things we take for granted, but, trust me, there are people walking around without a dime to their name and no clue where the next dollar is coming from. You may not like what you are doing for work right now, but trust me when I say be grateful for that income.

I am grateful that I have people in my life that love me. I am always talking about my village. I am so thankful to have so many amazing folks that I have met and can call “friend.” Can call for advice, to vent, to go and whine/wine to. I can call them when I need a hug or to go for ice cream, or to meet at the park. And if I don’t see them for a few months, we can just pick up where we left off. No awkwardness, just understanding that we all have a life to live and happy to have some time together.

I am grateful for me. I am grateful for the life lessons that have brought me to this point in my life. I am happy to be alive. To have full capacity of my mind, body … To be in a place where I can know and understand why my ways and actions speak louder than words. To have the wisdom to know and understand my culture and power. To see my equality through the goddess in me.

Thank you for listening.
